The project related to the side and rear curtilage of an end of terrace residential property. Having assessed the development potential of the site, we successfully secured permission for two 3 bedroom homes which resulted in a significant increase in the value of our client’s site. 

In applying an innovative and contemporary approach to the design of the new homes in collaboration with Sub Rosa Architecture, we were able to successfully overcome the site’s constraints and secure permission under delegated powers within 8 weeks.
