In 2025, Elliot achieved a Distinction in his postgraduate (RTPI/RICS accredited) degree in Planning from the University of Manchester. After working for Mialex on a part-time basis during his studies, Elliot joined the team as a full-time Graduate Planner in September 2025.

With a particular interest in heritage-led regeneration, tall buildings and urban green spaces, he has introduced a fresh perspective to several development projects.

As a Licentiate member of the RTPI, Elliot contributes to a diverse range of commercial and residential applications, including the revitalisation of historic listed buildings and new development proposals within the Green Belt.

During his time at Mialex, Elliot has developed a strong understanding of the planning system which is supported by sound commercial awareness. He is eager to continue to develop his professional experience with Mialex and secure full RTPI Chartered membership.
