Mialex successfully secured full permission for 9 new apartments involving the conversion of a long term vacant, dilapidated former public house situated within the Conservation Area following previous refused applications that had been promoted by the applicant and a different consultant team.

We worked closely alongside Planning and Conservation Officers to deliver a development which successfully restored the building to its former glory for the benefit of the community which provided a high quality living environment for residents as well as delivering the number of apartments required by the applicant to maximise value.
