We are instructed on a major project that has involved securing planning permission for 14 new apartments via a conversion (under permitted development) of vacant former office floorspace within a highly accessible and sustainable urban location. 

A separate application promoting the upwards extension of the building to provide 12 additional apartments is also being managed by Mialex.
