Mialex secured permission for the demolition of a vacant public house and replacement with 9 apartments (including a smaller replacement drinking establishment at ground floor) within a town centre location.

We were able to successfully demonstrate that the existing public house was unviable due to its size, which enabled our client to maximise residential floorspace at upper floor level despite significant objection from local members.
