The applicant’s original planning application was refused for a variety of reasons including heritage impact, design and the relationship with neighbouring properties. 

We successfully managed to address these matters within a detailed appeal submission to ensure that permission can be granted for a development that achieves the aspirations of the applicant whilst making a positive contribution to the visual character of the conservation area.
