In 2024, Mialex was successful in securing planning permission for a new family home of innovative, contemporary design on an existing residential plot within the urban area.

Working closely alongside Catriona Casey Architecture, we were able to successfully address the numerous issues associated with this constrained site, maximising value on behalf of the applicant and creating a positive addition to the streetscene.
