In 2025, Mialex successfully secured planning consent at appeal for four new family homes on a previously developed site within the urban area.

Whilst the Council had originally refused the application on the basis of design and highway safety grounds we were able to systematically disprove the Council’s reasons for refusal and alleviate the Planning Inspectorate’s concerns through the preparation of a detailed Appeal Statement of Case.
