Mialex successfully secured permission for a residential development of six apartments on a former scaffolding storage yard, overcoming strong objection from the Council relating to issues including loss of employment floorspace, design, residential outlook and cycle/refuse storage.

We successfully led negotiations with the Council and were able to help create a bespoke design solution in collaboration with Sub Rosa Architecture on what represents a small, triangular site with significant constraints. 

The development will provide a mix of new homes for the local community on a previously developed, accessible site which maximises the value of our client’s land.
