We are instructed to secure planning consent for a new residential scheme at a former button factory in Brimingham.

As a non-designated heritage asset we worked closely with the development team to ensure the maximum gross development value could be achieved whilst retaining and integrating the attractive factory façade and retaining walls into a contemporary sustainable development.

Utilising pre-application enquiries and community consultation we have worked with all stakeholders to deliver a scheme which sits comfortably in the surrounding area and revitalises the long term vacant site for 14 dwellings.
