We recently secured permission for the redevelopment of a vacant former warehouse to provide a three storey co-living residential scheme comprising 18 apartments and communal living/kitchen/dining areas together with a rooftop terrace.

The process has involved extensive pre-application consultation and negotiation with Planning and Design Officers, as well as the preparation of comprehensive submissions to deal with complex matters relating to loss of employment floorspace, identifying a need for the proposed development as well as demonstrating that there would be no unacceptable impact upon nearby neighbouring properties. 

The development will positively contribute towards the local centre of Loughborough Junction and assist in the ongoing regeneration of the wider area for the benefit of the community as a whole.
