In 2023, we secured planning and listed building consent for 8 new homes on a previously developed site within the town centre, which includes the conversion of a listed building fronting the roadside.

The application was submitted following an appraisal of the site by Mialex and Sub Rosa Architecture which established an opportunity to deliver three additional homes (compared to a historical consent). 

The constraints of the site have resulted in complex issues to address including design, heritage impact and providing a solution to justify lower on-site parking provision.
