We successfully secured permission for the demolition of a vacant former social club and redevelopment to provide 9 new apartments with associated access, private amenity space, refuse and cycle storage.

We worked in collaboration with Groves Natcheva Architects to help develop a high quality design solution that successfully integrated the existing historical frontage of the building to harmonise with the visual character and appearance of the wider streetscene. 

The development provides much needed new housing for the local community whilst enabling an efficient, effective use of the site that maximises value for our client.
