We are instructed to secure permission for a major development of over 100 new homes on a vacant, previously developed site.

The development proposal represents an excellent opportunity for the vacant site to evolve to meet modern requirements (namely within a sustainable mix of residential floorspace) and will facilitate investment in significant internal and external enhancements that will ensure that the site contributes in a positive manner to the visual character and appearance of the local area and aid in the regeneration of the wider Osmaston area.
