On behalf of Inicio Homes, we are instructed to secure permission for the demolition of an existing detached dwelling and construction of a new three storey building comprising 8 apartments with associated access, private and communal amenity space, refuse and cycle storage.

Mialex worked in collaboration with UnFold Architects to help develop a high quality design solution that has been informed by the site’s constraints and consultation with the Council to harmonise with the visual character and appearance of neighbouring properties and the wider streetscene.

The development will provide much needed new family housing for the local community whilst enabling an efficient, effective use of the site that maximises value for our client.
