Mialex were successful in securing planning approval for the redevelopment of a former office car park in Maidenhead to provide 9 residential apartments with associated vehicle parking, private and communal amenity space, landscaping, refuse and cycle storage.

Having previously secured consent for the conversion of the adjacent former office building to residential apartments, we were able to re-engage the Council to secure permission for a new build development to maximise the Gross Development Value of the site for the applicant.
