We are currently instructed to secure planning permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and replacement with nine new apartments.

The proposed scheme will provide much needed new housing for the local community within a mix of dwelling sizes that represent an efficient, effective use of the site.

Working in collaboration with Sub Rosa Architecture, the scheme proposes a high quality contemporary design solution that has been informed by the site’s constraints and consultation with the Council. It will respond in a positive manner to the visual character and appearance of the streetscene and the general pattern of development within the local area.
