In 2023, an application was submitted by Mialex to secure permission for a new Wellness Centre.

This will bring forward new specialist care accommodation on a vacant, previously developed site and supports the Council’s requirement to ensure that the quality and accessibility of health and social care facilities are maximised.

Working in collaboration with JC Design, the development proposes a carefully considered design solution of high quality which has been informed by a comprehensive public consultation exercise managed by Mialex.
