We are instructed on a major project that will safeguard the long term future of Grecian Mill.

This will be achieved by the part-demolition, conversion and extension of the historical Mill to enable the building to accommodate a sustainable mix of residential and commercial floorspace that will benefit the local community. 

In addition, the application will enable comprehensive internal/structural and external works that will ensure that the Mill can once more contribute in a positive manner to the visual character and appearance of the local area.
